ABOUT Regina

Regina has always been drawn to movement and a little adrenaline. Her fitness journey started with dance and track & field. After developing a knee injury, she explored workouts like HIIT, pilates, and boxing — until she discovered Lagree and was instantly hooked by its intensity and control.

Starting out as a client herself, Regina fell in love with Lagree and the way it rebuilt her strength while being kind to her knees. What began as showing up to class quickly turned into a passion to go deeper, leading her to take Lagree training and step into the instructor role. Now, she brings an upbeat, spicy, and encouraging energy to every class — expect a serious burn, lots of motivation, and a push to lock in to find your strength.
