MEGAKORE (Basics)

MegaKore Basics introduces the fundamental movements of the Lagree method in a slower, more controlled format. The class emphasizes longer holds and deliberate transitions, allowing you to build proper form, develop body awareness, and become comfortable with the core exercises that define Lagree training. It is designed to help you gradually learn, practice, and master the essential movements while building strength and stability.

MEGAKORE

MegaKore includes quicker transitions between exercises, while each movement itself is performed slowly and with control to maintain constant muscle engagement. The workout also introduces more complex movements that may target multiple muscle groups at once, challenge your balance, and add greater variation within each exercise.

Personal Training

Personal Training offers a fully customized MegaKore experience designed to help you reach your individual fitness goals. Your trainer will work closely with you to tailor each session to your needs, whether you are recovering from an injury, focusing on specific muscle groups, improving technique, or working toward a particular fitness milestone
