Getting Started with Your Mega Trial Pack
Once you've purchased your Mega Trial Pack, you'll see two class credits in your account—this confirms your purchase was successful. Now, it's time to view our schedule and book your first class!
Important: First-Time Client Arrival Policy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all first-time clients must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. This allows our trainers to introduce you to the Megaformer machine, explain the class structure, and discuss any necessary modifications.
If you arrive late or as the class is starting, we won't have adequate time to provide this essential introduction, and you may not be permitted to join the class. This policy is in place for your safety and to maintain the quality of the class for all participants.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Arriving early ensures you get the most out of your first H-Kore experience!
Tips for Your First Few Classes at H-Kore
Classes at H-Kore are designed to challenge you — it’s totally normal to sweat, shake, and feel muscles you didn’t even know existed. We’ve all been there, and we promise: that means it’s working!
Here’s what to keep in mind as you begin your journey:
Your first class will be tough — and that’s okay! Stick with it. After a few sessions, you’ll start to feel more confident and stronger with every class.
Prefer more personal attention? Book a few Personal Training sessions to build familiarity and confidence before diving into group classes.
Stay hydrated and fuel your body. Drink plenty of water and have a light snack before and after class to avoid feeling faint or low on energy.
Take it at your own pace. It’s normal to pause, take breaks, or modify movements. Listen to your body, and let your trainer know if something doesn’t feel right.
Focus up. Leave your phone in your bag and get into the zone. Tune into the trainer’s cues and your body’s signals—you’ll get more out of every move.
Embrace the shake! Shaking muscles mean your smaller stabilizers are firing up—that’s where real strength is built. Don’t fight it—celebrate it!
Most importantly, enjoy the experience! Ask questions, talk to your trainer, and reach out to our front desk team any time. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
Housekeeping Rules at H-Kore
We keep our rules simple at H-Kore—but they’re important to make sure everyone enjoys a safe, smooth, and positive class experience. Please help us out by following the guidelines below (so our front desk team doesn’t have to nag—they hate doing that!).
Late Arrivals
We have a strict no late entry policy for all classes—this applies to everyone, not just first-timers. Please arrive early to give yourself enough time to check in and get settled.
If you arrive after the class has started, unfortunately, you won't be allowed to join. This helps us respect the experience of our trainers and clients.
Grip Socks Required
For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all MegaKore classes. Please ensure you bring your own pair to each session. If you forget, additional pairs are available for purchase at the studio.
This policy ensures a clean and secure environment for all participants.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Group Classes: We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Any class cancelled within 12 hours of the start time will be forfeited unless you provide a valid medical certificate.
Personal Training Sessions: We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Missed sessions without notice will also be forfeited.
We understand—life happens! But with only 12 spots per class, giving enough notice helps others get the chance to join.
